Company IntroductionMesa Airlines is an American regional airline based in Phoenix, Arizona. It operates flights as United Express, US Airways Express, Delta Connection (via Freedom Airlines), and under the brand go! for flights within the Hawaiian Islands. The brand Mesa Airlines is also used to market flights from Albuquerque and Dallas/Fort Worth that are operated by Air Midwest. Flight Crew RequirementsMesa Airlines is not currently hiring pilots. Minimum Requirements • 500 hours Total Time • 100 hours Multi Engine Time, Fixed Wing • CPL/ME/IR • Current FAA First Class Medical certificate • Instrument current and proficient • Actual Instrument time commensurate with experience • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit • Current passport • At least 21 years of age • Legal to work in the United States • High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications • 2000 hours Total Time • 350 hours Multi Engine, Fixed Wing • ATP Certification • At least 100 hours logged in the preceding six months • Current flying job • 121/135 flight experience • 4-year college degree Three letters from pilots who can attest to applicant’s flying skills, having flown with applicant previously | |||||||||||
Cabin Crew Job RequirementsMesa Airlines is currently hiring flight attendants Minimum Requirements • Must posses a positive attitude! • Must pass initial and ongoing Drug screening. • High School Diploma/GED • Able to obtain a Government Issued I.D. • Must be able to speak, read, & write English fluently • Authorization to work in U.S. • At least 18 years of age • Must have complete use of ALL five senses • Minimum 20/40 vision, corrected or uncorrected • Height no taller than 5ft. 10 inches • Be physically fit • Well groomed & practice good hygiene & etiquette • Able to lift 45 pounds to shoulder • Customer Service background • Available to be away 6 days at the time • Attend unpaid training in Phoenix • Willing & able to relocate to any assigned base • Willing to work nights, weekends & holidays Applicants selected for training must be willing to attend a tuition free training course in Phoenix, AZ for up to 3-6 weeks, lodging and travel is provided to training.
